Pros
# 1 fact - realistic opportunity to set your own financial security in a fast paced, competitive environment. # 2 fact - its' not EASY. Its tough but those that have high work ethic, commitment, drive and the ability to be coached will succeed. # 3 fact - never worked at a Company prior to TQL that recognizing and rewards its employees. The facilities are first class and the support dept's state of the art. # 4 fact - successful salespeople do not leave 25% commission paying jobs.
Cons
Its hard work and no one hides the fact. If you cannot commit to what it takes to run your own business through effort, sacrifices, rejection and frustration then you shouldn't apply. Nobody sugar coats what it takes to be successful.
