      Pros

      I have been at TQL for 3 years and have accelerated from an assistant to a future leader. I've never experienced hard work earned in any other work environment more than at TQL. The growth of our company provides a fast track to management - which is a position I have strived for 3 years now. The work environment is fun, friendly and rewarded.

      Cons

      Without a competitive nature, this sales environment is not for you.

      Pros

      At TQL you have the opportunity to see the fruits of your labor. The success you have directly effects your earning potential in real time. The commission based pay scale allows you to double and triple your salary in a relatively short amount of time (2 - 3 years). The training program and management at TQL does everything neccesary to set employess up for that success.

      Cons

      It is a big committment and not for everyone. To be successful you have to have a drive to excel and an impeccable work ethich. You are available 24/7 to your customers and carriers so calls in the middle of the night can be considered a downside.
