      Good people on the small team I am part of.

      Cons

      Most toxic & oppressive culture I have ever endured. Toxicity is driven by CEO, who 'leads' by instilling fear and threatening to fire employees regularly. Extremely high turnover, especially in corporate office, and tense environment in the corporate office. Expensive benefits that aren't all that great and below average 401K matching.

      Pros

      HR is currently better than it had been in past years. The employee benefits are satisfactory but could be better.

      Cons

      Management staff that clearly rates technical staff above all else, no respect for anyone else, no raises or consideration of any other employee group no matter how hard someone works! Promises made, not kept.
