      Pros

      Competitive Pay My controller was a great boss. She cared about all of her employees and tried to be a buffer between the corporate office and the field.

      Dishonest management at all levels. Corporate Office had hostile work environment High turnover Company mismanaged Managers take advantage of lower level employees, especially out in the field Dated IT systems, although IT staff is strong

      Pros

      The company is large enough to (eventually) place you elsewhere ; cross training you to keep you employed in such areas as Air Shop helper, turnaround technicians etc. in case of oil & gas slow downs.

      Cons

      The company has very few clients, which makes for an array of disconcerting issues with a work force or pool of available employees. There are practically no perks of becoming part of the management team. I was offered an opportunity to become a member of management, the pay was significantly less than field pay, company transportation was no longer offered, no fuel card, & no re-location assistance was offered. There are also negative financial reports (Moody's) regarding the current financial status / bankruptcy potential.
