Nice people. We do decent job in Louisiana but we are not equipped to grow in other parts of the country and develop alternative hubs

Archaic internal processes, conduct system releases or make major system changes without advance notification of impact of said changes, poor change management.

Pros

I worked without having the supervisor checking my work. Any questions I had in regards to the job, they always helped.

Cons

The con are the work shift from 8am - 5 pm. It is located in Cibolo, Texas and I had an hour drive to and from work during heavy traffic hours. Worked a little over a year with the company and never was offered a raise.
