Much opportunity. Never tire of work. Motivated primary leadership positions. My boss is an excellent communicator and supportive leader. Willing to invest in people and willing to be loyal. Key people will bend over backward to help you. Looking forward to longterm development.

Cons

High rate of turnover. Communication across the community is challenging. Sales leadership is marginal. Need a Leadership Development program.

Pros

The people here are awesome, there hasn't been a person that works for this company I haven't liked! The management is forward thinking so they are always looking ahead as to ways to improve and be more efficient. I would highly recommend!

Cons

Its not a company issue but the oil and gas industry as a whole is in a slight downturn so business in some areas has been slow.
