Pros

Work schedule, off on weekends and holidays

Cons

Pay for the amount and quality of work. They work minorities in harsh conditions. The feel of the company suggest Modern day slavery. They are not concerned with your overall wellbeing. Their hiring practices favor whites. They don't hire black sales representatives or black office personnel.

Pros

If you love to travel and want to break into the petroleum industry, then this is a great place for you.

Cons

It's a big company, so unless you have some kind of personal connection with upper management, you're a nobody and it is difficult to do more than lateral movement among the lower rungs of the ladder. Additionally, despite having a lot vested in equipment sales/rental, the equipment they provide their own employees for client use is pathetic. Unreliable particle counters and sound level meters from the 90s that cost more in time/money to keep working than they are worth.

Pros

The company is fairly large and offers a diverse range of services. The Total Safety name is fairly well known in the industry too. The office

Cons

There are serious problems within in Accounting/Payroll, IT, and HR, among other things. There is high turnover in several divisions and a serious brain-drain of qualified individuals who go to other companies out of frustration with Total Safety. Office managers are overworked with too little help from upper management, leading to burn out and high stress. Little employee recognition.
