Pros

Total Safety has an atmosphere that empowers you to present new ideas and challenge old ones. It is changing fast since the new management came in one year ago and even though it was hard at first to see change it is quickly becoming a special place to work. Lots of new technology advances over the past year -- some incredible things. And they have done a great job integrating the systems of 22 different companies that were acquired.

Cons

Still some lingering unease among the employees due to the many changes but it is improving every day. I have been through acquisitions before and they are never easy on anyone. But people are now being able to enjoy generous vacation packages and engage in various aspects of the company in a way they were never allowed to do before. Much of the old upper management is gone, and the new upper management is very focused on engagement.

Pros

The people here are awesome, there hasn't been a person that works for this company I haven't liked! The management is forward thinking so they are always looking ahead as to ways to improve and be more efficient. I would highly recommend!

Cons

Its not a company issue but the oil and gas industry as a whole is in a slight downturn so business in some areas has been slow.
