Houston has a extreme disconnect from reality and regions they operate business in. Winter tires, and Moose? What are they? They stopped giving gift cards to employees with exceptional paperwork and/or field audits. They refused to support local charities or causes in Canada. They yanked their annual $500 Christmas Toy donation in Canada. They stopped giving Christmas cards to Canadian employees. They don't reward employees who generate business for them. They give no benefits to employees who save them housing and travel costs. They believe cutting wages by 40 percent is justified, and are surprised when people leave because of it. They are too American biased, and don't understand different climates and wild life that affect their employees in different regions of the world.

Management..... Supervisors in the field not being held accountable for the personnel under them. Salary - below industry standards for most of the jobs being done.. Evaluations - Not being done when they should. No feed back system where an employee can voice his/her opinion or complaint about the company or their particular job without fear of retribution. Not providing equipment needed to do the job correctly...
