Great company!

Pros

Flexible schedule was my main concern as I was 7 months pregnant when I was hired. Training is great, you do most of the work from home while you train.

Cons

Evening hours were needed mostly and I wished I could of worked in the daytime

The clients are pretty much only pro

Cons

-upper management are unprofessional -no support -don’t try to give you full time hours will take advantage of you willing to drive to get hours - no meetings -hardly know your coworkers -no team environment/atmosphere -no collaboration -no appreciation from any upper management or anyone - they will hide room from growth from you to try and keep you at lowest wage -two 1% raises a year -BCBAs don’t do their required meetings and checkins giving feedback -far driving -no communication -requires you to create your schedule communicate with families when they cancel or you cancel despite not being paid for that time and having a “scheduling” team -HR incredibly unhelpful -very few good BCBAs
