This is a classic who you know company. If you are in with the right people, you can get away with gross incompetence and negligence. I agree with many of the reviews here. No raises in years, toxic leadership, low job security, unless you know someone. The is definitely an agenda to outsource anything they can. I would not recommend this company to travelers either. Total med has made everything needlessly complicated and complex when it didn't need to be. You also will get lower rates for the same jobs than other travel companies. Totalmed works through the companies you could just be hiring direct with (like aya and cross country), cutting out extra paperwork and keeping the fees Totalmed takes.
