In my experience there has been a lot of flexibility with the company. Great work life balance.

Cons

It's staffing... with that being said, that is just the nature of the beast. Nothing against the company itself. Also, not the best opportunities to advance yourself within the company.

Growing Company with Growing Pains

Pros

This Company operates outside he normal workplace rules and is flexible so you can manage family life easily while working there. They promote having fun while at work.

Cons

Growing fast with no clear direction, very little is documented regarding positions duties or even standard work processes. There are few is any resources available for employees to reference with questions so you have to rely on what your are told but that is not consistent, sadly it is unorganized.
