Most of the people you will encounter are friendly and will make the work day easier to get through with so many pleasant personalities that are knowledgeable.

Cons

Double talking. At times Management can be very divisive between shifts, from days to afternoons, from afternoons to midnights.

salaried management can work very long hours; client is focused on cutting costs so even corners that shouldn't be cut sometimes get cut out of necessity
