Pros

Truly all about the greater good, being innovative, taking care of our people, and taking hospitality within healthcare to places it has never been before

Cons

Fast paced environment and change happening daily which is good as we are never bored, however sometimes communication to everyone is a challenge and it feels like we can't keep up with a balance of operation time/email time

They give you the resources to become a great manger but it is what you do with it that defines you as a great manager. They are a national company of which you can relocate to be promoted or keep you job.

Cons

Need to be more focus on communication they assume that everyone knows what they are talking about, it is a struggle to get from point A to point B

TouchPoint provides lots of opportunity for RDs to advance in the company and the culture supports dietitians moving into director level, regional and corporate operation positions. They also support a RDs development in clinical roles. High propensity to promote from within by developing associates in areas they are interested in.

Cons

At times, company focus/standards not always workable at the account level.
