Pros

TouchPoint has a clear mission, to serve our patients with compassion. Most of my interactions with corporate leaders reflected that.

Cons

Work life balance was difficult. Working in a hospital means you are on call 24/7. Makes it hard to find balance.

No micro managment. Decent benefits

Cons

My co worker were mainly female elderly or incompetent youth. Management wont promtoe you based on work ethic and skill set. Hard to move up or transfer sectors if mgmt doesnt sign off.
