Pros

Love the idea of compassion as the baseline for the position.

Cons

Unit level there are many problems. Management does not work well together and that negative energy leaks down to the employees. No thorough training during the onboarding period.

Pros

You feel like you are part of a family when you work at Touchpoint. They care about you as a person. Have shown that they promote from within the ranks and help you learn more if you want.

Cons

Healthcare can be sad sometimes when you work around sick children and their families. They are in the hospitals to get better so our job is to make them smile and feel comfortable.
