Pros

I love working for TouchPoint because almost everyone around me does too! This is a company with a real heart for the company's mission and for advancing their employees. It's a terrific work culture with lots of opportunity for advancement.

The people, commitment, focus on success, larger parent company allowing a wide variety of opportunities. Development and support systems are top notch. TouchPoint oozes leadership.

Cons

There none. TouchPoint looks for and needs the inspired people. Those who see service and helping as something the love not something they have to do.
