Cons

Was treated unfair, management sucks, people harassed me and no one did anything about it, let others slack but if you slack then you get wrote up

Pros

The environment is very welcoming. My coworkers are intelligent and passionate about their work. I am constantly learning and growing professionally.

Cons

Salary does not increment much yearly. At times we are understaffed and have to wear multiple hats- which is always a learning opportunity, but also takes time away from patient care.
