Pros
If you want no work like balance and your managers to treat you like a number in their data then being in Touchpoint is perfect. I was told to suck it up most of the time I needed help, no compassion or understanding from the management and basically treated like I was a number for their department. The pay is horrible for the amount of work they continue to give you and the staff can be so rude with you. Management does not listen to what you have to say when it comes to issues or concerns or pure frustration about how many times you have to repeat yourself over and over on a particular issue. They'll change your schedule with no notice and your hours too! Give you so many tasks and then get "disappointed" or angry that you can't complete the 15 things in your "job description" that they gave you. Absolutely horrible. BUT they do give pretty good PTO for management. Guess that's a plus but oh you can't use it on your weekends :)
Cons
Everything. No work life balance, no compassion from managers and treated like a number
