Communication was not good between workers and higher ups Workload is more than what's is explained during hiring process Moving up the ranks is nearly impossible with the rotating door.

Pros

Fair compensation; wonderful colleagues who were reliable and caring towards other staff and each patient admitted to the hospital

Cons

Experienced sexual harassment and reported this to HR, but this was not acted upon. Required to rotate with the dietitians to work weekends and holidays. When an RD was out/on vacation, I would cover the patient floors but would also be required to attend the leadership hospital meetings, causing to working overtime at least 3 days per week.
