Pros

Pay is great with good benefits

Cons

Company has a point policy so do not get sick or have a sick kid more than 8times a year or you will get fired even if you have a doctors note. All you will be told is its not the companies problem. But they have no problem over working their employees and basically demanding you do overtime. And even if you dont do the OT you will somehow pay for it with loads of extra work.

work/life balance, plentiful PTO, big company so good resource pool, dietitians are celebrated

Cons

dietitians have to do a lot of food service work and performance review based more on this than clinical knowledge
