Cons

No real cons... you'll work hard but the rewards are plentiful.

The company is usually willing to help you grow if you show interest in moving up and you are a determined employee

Cons

Turn over is very high It has become the norm to work in short conditions. The pay could be better.

- I get to work with great, supportive people who are like family. - Many training and development programs and opportunities for career growth. - A great culture that starts from the top.

Cons

My particular department is lean, so during busy seasons workload can be intense.
