Pros

New office coming at the end of 2020...that's the only pro.

Cons

Attrition rate is very high. Longest tenured manager is maybe 3 years. No one wants to make any changes, even when the writing is on the wall. They are complacent. When management is challenged on processes, they would rather walk away and not discuss. Read the previous reviews, and separate the real from the fake. Sales sells what they can't deliver, and leaves it to service reps to take the brunt of customer dissatisfaction.

Pros

Huge arsenal of products and services to sell Enjoyable culture with no cliques or water-cooler gangs Competitive pay and compensation Overall solid organization to work for

Cons

Some processes need more development to prevent bottlenecks in the company. They do a good job fixing process issues once they are discovered but nonetheless there are some areas needing improvement.

Pros

Touchsuite allows it's employees to act as entrepreneurs, giving them the freedom to create/find solutions to problems, regardless of job title. The company has policy and process but at the same time allows you to cross departments to create improvements to multiple areas of the company, to learn, educate, and even offer solutions that help drive sales. If you are driven, coach-able, and consistently showing up with full effort, you undoubtedly will be recognized and given opportunity to grow within the company.

Cons

With any growing company, there are growing pains that come. There are times when not every project, product, marketing plan, etc. will work. There are times when the process needs improvement or changed completely, which means employees need to be able to adapt to changes as they come. All normal cons of working in a growing business.
