Pros

I’ve been at TouchSuite for a little over six months and it has been a great experience so far. Every new member added to the team has experience & desire to learn more about payments. These additions make me excited about the future here. I’ve been treated very well and made to feel like an asset to the company. The leadership makes a point of doing events and other gestures to make this a place people want to be every week. Two thumbs up

Cons

Depending on where you live, just know it’s in Boca

Great place to get into Fintech!

Pros

Working at TouchSuite, has been an eye-opening journey. Being relatively new to fintech, I've been immersed in a fast-paced environment that can be challenging at times but forces you to learn and think differently to accomplish your goal/tasks. You have to be resourceful in order to succeed in this environment. Lots of moving pieces! There have been recent leadership changes that has been a positive turning point. They seem to be focused on improving procedures and improving communication. The company's organization and culture has also improved, with more events and more empathetic leaders. The office is small so it's nice to see people interacting with different departments.

Cons

-Internal communication needs improvement -Training could be a bit more hands on or updated -Not enough cross-training
