Pros

Upper management is extremely supportive and has a great vision for the company. TouchSuite is scaling rapidly and with the growth comes great opportunities. I have learned so much with this company in such a short period of time and I am surrounded by individuals that have a wealth of business knowledge and experience. It feels great to work in a role that gives me full autonomy of how I want to approach my day to day.

Cons

Startup environment may not be for individuals who need constant structure or lack confidence in their ability to learn new skills independently.
