Pros

They have plenty of money to throw away so you'll get a decent paycheck.

Cons

Unsupportive, unhelpful management. Loyalty to poor performers. Owner is lied to daily by middle management, sales guys lie to clients - the only people there who are decent folks are in customer service and even then, leadership there is lacking.

Pros

Fellow employees and middle management were great to work with. Merchant processing side of the house is a legit business model, but I see the capital advance side as little more than payday loans for businesses.

Cons

Unethical CEO actually enjoyed screwing people over when he had the opportunity. Sadly emblematic of the current CEO class in America, that I hope is the exception rather than the rule but that's optimism talking. Sales team had an extremely homophobic culture. Not a company I could be proud working for.

Pros

Good pay and a progressive office. I worked a hybrid work schedule though I hear from others that is being scaled back.

Cons

Not a long term company to work for, too much of a rotating door even at the senior levels. A lot of inefficiencies in day to day operations bleed down from a lack of a solid leadership core invested in the company.
