Family run, Family owners. They have now clue to what culture is and they only circle the wagons around all the friends and family that work there

They have a pretty cool office, but that’s it.

Cons

Low pay, worked like a slave, and surrounded by toxic people. There’s like 5 VP of sales and they all have hang ups. Stay away from the short, heavy narcissist. Operations has a few decent lower-level employees, but they will leave if they have any sense. The CEO doesn’t care about his employees, just his pockets. Best bet is to move on and look elsewhere.
