Thanks for the positive review! I am glad you called out the fun environment and the music that we play in our offices. I think that work at its best is something you enjoy and have fun with. We are a music company at our core, so music plays in a lot our offices all the time.

- Opportunity to make an impact at any level - Innovative work in a fun industry - Strong performers are recognized and appreciated - Fun product, culture and environment - Exciting growth opportunities with recent merger with PlayNetwork - Lax dress code

Cons

- Mix of old and new school, so can be slower to implement innovation than in traditional tech company - Growing pains and churn of a company that's finally growing up -- not for everybody

Thanks for the positive review. Wrt your feedback on being more flexible on scheduling, I am please to share that we have made a lot of progress there as a company. In our anonymous employee poll from March 2018, 93% of employees said that there manager is flexible with their scheduling needs. We will work on getting that to 100% this year!
