A great work/life balance. I've worked at other companies to claim they have this, but really don't and get upset anytime you take time off. Here, they actually believe in it! They are also big in having the employees grow as the business grows.

I'm consistently impressed with my colleagues and managers at this company. The people they hire are smart, capable, inspire me to grow, and even more impressively, are all kind people. You don't always get that at a young tech company! This comes about because management is thoughtful and is invested in the culture of the team, and takes hiring capable, decent people very seriously. Go Tovala!
