Corporate structure odd. Many vps that hang around. Seems a little too heavy with little room for younger advancement.

Freedom to learn at my own pace. Fun, laid back atmosphere. Lots of fun events. Great gym on site. I consider my coworkers from TEP my friends.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end of scale. Lack of advancement opportunities. I was never presented with a career ladder.
