Office work environment. People. Not being micromanaged

Cons

The Engineering Associate roll does not pay well for someone with a degree. Travel almost every week. Working roughly 10-15 hour work days when traveling.

1.As long as you do your job and don't make noise your left alone. 2.Decent benefits.

Cons

1. Good work is rewarded with more work with no extra benefits or salary advancement. 2. If you make to much noise, you will be disciplined without cause. 3. Market value doesn't exist, you will be paid 20 to 30% below market value.

Hectic hours (one week you’re doing your normal 9 to 5, next week you’re 10 states from home doing outdoor work, a finishing 50-60 hour work week), lack of management support and training and lack of advancement in career path
