Pros

People were fun to work alongside, if my compensation could have afforded even a moderate quality of life outside of work I would have happily spent my entire career there.

Cons

Current managers are given all the opportunity, truly an inverted pyramid situation. Presidents/CEO/VP's all very charismatic and enjoyable people. Using that charisma they tell you advancement will be available to you "soon" and no definition is ever given for pathways to advancement or respectable pay raises.

TEP's environment and atmosphere is great. I loved everyone that I worked with especially my specific team.

Cons

Low pay and the company is not employee owned any longer.
