      Pros

      Stepping stone, steady work, travel and freedom. Opened my eyes to a whole new world and viewpoints. Office side of telecomm you can learn. Teaches individual Responablity. The guys from maintenance be solid guys and hardworking!

      Cons

      Tools and trucks not maintained properly, low pay, maintenance room not up to par from Phoenix division, lack of communication between departments and crews. Construction/work aspect has many people that work hard but don't have the leadership of knowledge needed to teach the trade.

      Pros

      hires anyone with a degree, my direct supervisor was awesome/knowledgeable, great benefits, great way to get some experience on the resume

      Cons

      lower end of pay, no upward potential, management tells you constantly you are easily replaceable and they don't actually need you
