Pros

Awesome culture. Really cool place to work. A lot of employee events and new focus on employees and work/life balance. Pay has always been good for me.

Cons

They will let you take on as much work as you want, even if it is too much for you. Have to set your own limitations. Other than that everything is great.

-Travel Points (hotels, flights, rentals, etc)

Cons

-No room to move up, you'll stay where you are while getting more responsibility -They lied about how much I'd travel -The insurance isn't great -They often "ask" you to work extra hours for no extra pay (I often worked 60-70 hours per week when I was salaried and had to put 40 hours on my time sheet) -They make you do all expenses, and will hound you about every penny -Toxic work culture
