Thank you for the four star review and feedback on your experience as an employee with Tower Health. We are glad to hear you felt compensation was fair, as we are proud of the compensation and benefits we are able to offer. We often hear that our staff is friendly and that leads to a positive work environment for everyone to enjoy! Patient excellence is a main priority of Tower Health, and this should always be evident. We feel that promotion from within leads to growth and advancement, and are sorry you feel otherwise because we want employees to feel they can grow their career with us. We have over 500 employees a year transfer to other positions within the organization. Thank you again for the feedback and best of luck in your future endeavors.

Thank you for providing a review of Tower Health. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your coworkers, as this is something we hear across our system and agree that our employees are very friendly and collegial! We invest a lot of time and training into our management teams so positive feedback is always appreciated. The cons you listed, regarding lack of equipment and funding, concerns us. We always encourage employees to bring these issues to a department leader or HR Business Partner, and hope you were able to do so before your departure. It’s important that concerns are addressed and employees have the tools to do their job. Thank you for your service and best of luck in the future.

Thank you for providing a review of your employment experience with Tower Health. We appreciate you recognizing our compensation and pay increases. We value and recognize our hard work through our pay for performance program. The mandated shutdown in the spring, across the state, led to some difficult decisions that no organization likes to make. However, as we re-opened areas of our organization, we were able to rehire more than 100 employees back to Tower Health and we continue to hire at all of our entities. I encourage you to address any additional concerns with your manager or an HR Business Partner. Thank you again for your feedback!
