Employee satisfaction is always a top priority, and our managers focus strongly on making it clear that all employees are important, valued, and have a voice within the organization. We have an open door policy and encourage employees with concerns or feedback to meet with their Supervisor, or if more appropriate, an HR Business Partner to discuss. If everyone is not being treated fairly, we need to know and will take steps to address this. We encourage you to meet with the appropriate person and appreciate your comments.
