Thanks for your review. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to hiring and retaining the best talent. To do so we also ask peers to participate in the interview process. Candidates like meeting and talking with employees with whom they will be working. We rolled out a Peer Interview Training Program to all of the Hospitals in 2019 so that anyone who is going to serve as an interviewer is trained before participating in an interview. It could have been your colleagues served as interviewers before the training was rolled out.

Thanks for your recognition that we pay employees well and offer many great educational benefits. We are sorry to hear that you found the work environment to be toxic because we are committed to creating a positive employee experience for all employees. As a result, we have launched Leadership development training at all of our sites and survey employees regularly to obtain feedback on their employment experience. We develop and implement action plans to address the top areas of concern for employees. We also encourage employees who are experiencing difficulty with colleagues or their manager to reach out to the HR Business Partner at their location for guidance and support.
