Candidates like meeting and talking with employees with whom they will be working. We rolled out a Peer Interview Training Program to all of the Hospitals in 2019 so that anyone who is going to serve as an interviewer is trained before participating in an interview. It could have been your colleagues served as interviewers before the training was rolled out.

We agree the Shared governance and Magnet status enhance the work experience for RNs as well as contribute positively to the quality of care we provide to our patients everyday! We are large but the shared governance ensures that our RNs have a voice as well as the Employee Engagement Surveys.
