      Revolving door of managers. No consistency

      Pros

      Loved working with some of my fellow coworkers. Several coworkers had 40 years of experience and patient care always at the top of the list.

      Cons

      Very long list. Revolving door of managers. Upper level management completely out of sight. Several co workers extremely toxic. Coworkers able to manipulate system to get time off, light duty. No quality control. Management allows incompetent technologist to continue to work. Lunches and leaving on time are considered luxuries.
