      Pros

      Staff RN's & ancillary professionals are generally wonderful.

      Cons

      Administration & C-Suite is so far out of touch with what resources & supports are necessary for the front line staff to actually take care of patients, despite ongoing concerns expressed by staff. Unfortunately Tower seems singularly focused on maximizing their profits at the expense of their patients & employees.
