      Pros

      Tower Health offers good benefits. Most of the employees are dedicated to providing high quality care.

      Cons

      I have worked for this organization for almost 30 years and it has changed a lot. Clint Matthews almost destroyed the organization. Things are improving slowly, but you can't count on the administration to be supportive.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Priority on who you know, not what you know. Temper tantrum outbursts by grown men in senior/leadership positions. HR is a joke. Conflicts of interests with the Board, their businesses and employing their family.
