Pros

There are some really great employees at Tower health

Cons

Leadership treats people as expendable. There is no concern for line level employees and as Tower loses money those are the people who suffer. Senior leaders continue to be brought in at high salaries. People get promoted because they’ve been around the longest, not because they are capable of doing n the job. Bad decision after bad decision has turned a once wonderful Reading hospital into a terrible place to work and an unsafe place to get care.
