      Numbers matter the MOST!!

      A busy place to gain experience and learn different things

      Cons

      Upper management only cares for the volume, micromanaging, they preach community care but don't care for the employees who are part of the same community. A cyclical layoff is a common pattern of the company. They offer good pay but then they will expect you to work like they own you.
