I'm a member of the R&D Device Engineering team, working on the next generation of transistors. The team is great - working with people who are smart, ambitious, and kind. Tower also provides a lot of opportunity for professional development and a unique opportunity to work on many parts and layers of a project.

Cons

Tower has a bit of a poor-man's mentality which can lead to a shortage of resources very often.
