You can create your own schedule (but will be asked to work extra and be reprimanded if you say no)

Cons

Company is set up as a vertical management structure. Meaning, decisions are made by people who have no clue how a site actually operates and instead just look at a spread sheet of data and try to apply cookie cutter strategies and solutions. Management does not respect the opinion of valets on site, but will always ask favors of them (work later, pick up shifts, etc…) without ever returning them and then will get upset if you say no. They fail to understand that employees have other obligations in their life. Pay is terrible, benefits are non existent, and even if you request PTO it’s not a guarantee it will be paid out.
