Pros
Everyone got along great and had a good morale. Management is willing to work around your schedule for the most part. Opportunity to move up Cash in hand at the end of each shift. No paid time off but you can take off a week at a time given enough notice. Certain sites you can make a lot of tip money each day.
Cons
Management would hire incompetent people and it would drag the whole team’s performance down. Customers can be down right toxic over mistakes. Cost of living skyrocketed in our area and had to beg and plead for a small raise. No benefits for lower tier employees. Management will consistently call you on days off due to short staffing to come in.
