Management/ management give GSAs false hopes of developing to then exploit them with GSC and Assistant manager duties until they are overworked and quit to then move to another GSA. Employee rights are not respected and management abuse their power Clients Weather/working conditions Salary work for less than minimum wage and sometimes no tips the tip pooling system doesn't work employees pocket money

You meet friendly people. Great locations. Easy work.

Cons

The boss there Mark Nordquist is very inexperienced as a manager. Writes people up for very petty things. It's very stressful. I don't recommend anyone to work there unless you are desperate and want to break your back for 9:50 for a management thag simply don't care about their employee.

Pros

You go home with cash in your pocket everyday. The amount depends on how the GSC and AM allows everybody to manage the ramp and how much you are allowed to hustle. Everything is about HUSTLE! You wont live by the hourly wage so hustle people for YOUR money. Great schedule, but again, depends on your availability.

Cons

Poor management. Upper management doesnt care about employees just on covering their butts.
