In my time with Towne Park, I have had many opportunities due to fast-growth nature of the company. If you work hard, you will be noticed and rewarded. The fast-paced nature of Towne Park ensures you are presented with new challenges everyday. I am always learning something new.

Cons

Large projects are sometimes not thought through fully before implementation. This can cause pain points for those involved. This may be a drawback of the fast-paced nature of the business.

Pros

Fast growing company providing many opportunities for advancement. Hospitality and Healthcare focus improving the experiences of the guests and patients we serve. National presence with many associates having worked and lived in multiple states. Managers and leaders that have been promoted from within and know the challenges and joys of the career progression.

Cons

Our company is still developing specific career tracks for non-operational roles and we have more work to do in this area. Not all markets have the same degree of advancement opportunities but for those willing to re-locate, we can always find you a challenge and advancement!

Pros

Run your own business. Amazing founder. Most of the staff (not executives) at Corporate are awesome despite being wildly overworked. Some sites have awesome work ethic and teamwork - it depends more on the GSCs than the managers.

Cons

Hard to get promoted if you're not known by upper management, who have a tendency to hire from inside their own circle and make decisions primarily on "do we know this person", regardless of quality of work elsewhere. Limited ability to get recognized. Uneven allocation of work - some peers and bosses just don't work that hard. CEO a complete unknown. Inconsistent application of standards at all levels. Many sites have big problems that are not visible to management because District Managers are spread too thinly to look at, let alone visit, all sites. Loopholes make it easy to avoid being paid for incentives you were promised and earned.
