Pros

Good job for part-time students If you are related to a Manager you are guaranteed a job Good tips at the premiere hotels

Cons

Senior Management lack the ability to run a company of this size The line managers are all related in some way. Only relatives seem to be promoted Hiring is a pyramid scheme. The company convinces people to accept positions by making promises of high pay and flexible hours, but they disappear when it's time to train or develop them. Women, minorities, parents, need not apply for management positions The org made a huge push and hired a "rainbow" of people late last year into "manager" titles with no reports, authority, responsibilities, or direction, in order to find a new investor and make a few diversity videos. No 401k Healthcare benefits are not competitive Managers average 70 hours per week including weekends

Pros

Stay away - Plenty of industry talent with other companies

Cons

Extremely high turnover at all levels of senior leadership. Site managers and District managers in most areas of the country are completely fed up with the current CEO, his team of executive leaders, and the disorganization, horrible culture, and lack of growth opportunities within the organization. What you see on social media sites from the marketing team is all smoke and mirrors, mainly using the storied past from when the company was great as a representation of the current company. There are no parking experts left in the upper ranks, all are from other areas of business.

Pros

I suppose if no one will hire you this place will

Cons

Honestly, the whole thing is a con. Less than minimum wage plus tips. Deliver food or charge those scooters using your phone as a boss. Anything, they train management to speak down to you. I swear, they pick the dumbest valet to move up because nobody else wants to. It’s best as a very temporary or very part time side hustle. Some places have a good crowd so you can make money. Unfortunately the wal mart of valet companies will over staff (because they pay 2-5$ an hours they can) rather than help out a little like they should do you can keep what you earn. They will bring in tons of new kids without any experience to mess things up more and get a share of the tips. Which dilutes it to averaging maybe minimum wage. Seriously stay away from the blue collar side. And that includes managers up to the regional or corporate side. Those are probably ok jobs.
