Pros

Manager's are never around so you have a lot of freedom if you are at the right account. Met some great associates. Can be a fun position with a lot of exercise.

Cons

Upper management is a joke. It's comical to watch them pat each other on the back. Account managers for the most part were unprepared and focused on the bottom line only. Turnover is incredible due to hiring a lot of idiots, lack of training and recognition. Truly a horrible company to work for. Unless you are an idiot.

Pros

Cash everyday in the form of tips. Trust me the company lowers your hourly wage based on how much tips you earn.

Cons

Management is horrible all the way to the top. They are purely $ driven which is great and all except its a hospitality industry. This company doesn't care about their employees period. I was told I was being demoted from a management position to an hourly supervisor position in a hospital lobby as guest were walking bye. Professional right? All those positive reviews you see are people whose sole job is to keep an eye on pr and put a positive spin on the company.

Pros

A great place to cut your teeth! The development program teaches strong leadership and client relations skills. This job Is what you make it. Very transparent company, as an account manager I was able to meet and sit in on meetings with the CEO on several occasions.

Cons

Not a lot of growth or room for development past the account management position. More opportunities are given to individuals if associates relocate several times. Pay scale is low for job duties and functions I believe this is why they focus so much on internal development for line level associates.
